We’re doing a fascinating sale this coming weekend at a ranch property with 2 houses and a workshop. The setting and the houses are rustic, but the insides are full of neat stuff. Don’t make the mistake of judging this book by its cover! Here are a few of the offerings!

Directions from Kerrville: I-10 south (east) to Boerne; take the Cascade Caverns/Boerne Stage Road exit; go right at light on what is first called Scenic Loop; halfway there, it becomes Boerne Stage Rd. (3 miles total from I-10). Property is on left immediately past the Fire and EMT station. Plenty of parking on abandoned, flat old roadway; driveway is deeply rutted, so watch your step! Too hard to turn around in limited space inside the gate. We will allow vehicles in to load heavy items.
The bluebonnets, Indian paintbrush, black-eyed Susans, and primroses are in full glory, so it’s a great day for the drive. You DON”T want to miss this fascinating sale!
