Seller: Stor-It Mini Warehouses INC. has reserved the right to withdraw any unit that tenants redeem up to the day of auction. 4- 5 x 10's, 2- 10 x 10's, 2- 10 x 15's A $50 cash refundable clean-out deposit is collected on each unit purchased, this is returned if unit is cleaned out and sweep within 48 hours.
