 Here we go again! Get you rest guys because we're hosting another not to miss weekend in Foothill Ranch running 4/26-4/28. Just when you thought you've seen everything estate sales have to offer, the Grason's gang goes and does something that has never been done before. This week we'll be selling a pristine collection of some of the most sought after Coca-Cola memorabilia and Americana to ever be amassed in Southern California. 

      The owner spent an entire lifetime piecing together the kind of collection. The type of collection that others spend an entire lifetime only dreaming of. Any one of these items can have their own spot on the history channel, but for the first time they can a spot in your own spot in your home. We're just doing what we do weekly.     A sale like this or a collection so extensive will not be offered at one time in one place again. So don't miss out on this opportunity to be part and own part of something special. We will have a bigger than usual turn out for this event but it will be the same procedure as usual. The sign-in sheet will be presented in front of the property at 7am the morning of sale. Can't wait to see you!

Pricing is usually finished on the Wed. before the sale.

Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) no other list will be honored. Unattended pre-list boxes will be moved to the end of the line. You must be physically there to attend your box. If you are in your car you must make everyone know that you are still there attending your box. If you leave the premise, than your box will not be recognized for the previous spot and will be allocated to the last available spot. Bringing your own stickers to mark sold will be not be honored as reserving the item, only Grasons Staff are allowed to mark items as sold. All items that are reserved must be paid for in full. If you try and return an item that was marked sold, than you will not be allowed to make any more purchases that sale day.  As always be respectful to the neighbors, home and Grasons Co. staff.  We can't wait to see you!
