Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (minus 3% for cash or good check) will be added to each successful bid to calculate the final sales price. DMV sales tax, titling, and tag fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. (If paying by check, title may be held until check clears). When registering to bid a credit card is required for authorization purposes but the card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the auction. All vehicles must be paid for in full before the vehicle and title will be released. Payment must be made in full no later than two business days following the auction.

Preview And Pickup: Preview of all vehicles will be available at the auction location the day before the auction from 12 noon until 6 pm. Pickup will be the day following the auction from 12 noon until 6 PM unless prior arrangements are made.

Merchandise: All Vehicles Are Sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all vehicles carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition of the vehicle and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states that a title is not available.

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder. The Auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.

Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.

Buyers are responsible for vehicles after being pronounced the winning bidder but vehicles will not be released to the buyer until payment has been made in full.

Mountain Valley Auction Group is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. Additionally, Mountain Valley Auction Group is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind to anyone or anything relating to vehicles purchased or obtained from Mountain Valley Auction Group. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Mountain Valley Auction Group and its agents harmless regardless of opinion.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
