One of the most prestigious Sororities of the University of Alabama is getting ready to give this grand home a facelift and so kind to share their precious things with us, the Alumni, students, parents and the Tuscaloosa Community. It has been such a pleasure for me to get to be with these young ladies and work with this great association. During my first visit they were hosting a "make a wish" party for some sweet little girls. Just precious! THERE WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM WITH PARKING. THE STUDENTS WILL BE GONE AND WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE REAR PARKING LOT . NO ONE WILL BE ENTERING THE HOME FROM THE FRONT. ENTRY WILL BE THROUGH THE BACK. WE WILL HAVE SIGNS THAT WILL BRING YOU IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING. THERE WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM REMOVING FURNITURE. LARGE DOORS, ELEVATOR (FOR FLOORS 2-4) AND RAMPS WITH EASY LOADING WILL ENHANCE YOUR DESIRE TO PURCHASE LARGE ITEMS. NO ONE ON SITE TO HELP MOVE OR LIFT (SEE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS). Numerous antique items. It may seem duplicate pictures but there are duplicate items. The furniture has been very well maintained with a lot of high-end, custom made pieces. Most pillows consist of down and fabrics on furniture are stain resistant. Most of the furniture was purchased in the last 3-4 years, very comfortable and is in great gently used condition.
