You must bring help to load furniture & appliances...we do NOT have help to load. Bob Burg is our local mover, his telephone number is posted at every sale. ALL Furniture purchased must be removed by 2:00 pm SATURDAY! 
Please be quite in early morning hours as this is a Residential neighborhood. Do NOT block neighbors driveways. Courtesy to fellow shoppers at all times. 

By State Law we charge sales tax!! If you are RESALE have your number with you & fill out a resale card for our records. All numbers are checked with BOE for current. No bogus or closed numbers!

Although we try to inspect for any damage & price accordingly you must inspect all your merchandise before purchase. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS....YOU ARE BUYING "AS IS".  All Electrical is checked & working. Anything sold for parts is stated as NOT WORKING. 

Due to the large amount of theft please leave your large purses, oversized bags, & oversized coats in your car. If you bring it anyway, you will need to walk back down the hill to your vehicle! You are welcome to bring your own open boxes or plastic containers to shop with. WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT YOUR small PURSE, BOXES, & CONTAINERS. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Parking: Special parking has been arranged with a private property neighbor so you will need to follow directions and rules so we can have parking here. A little walk up the driveway. Loading zone will be provided for LOADING ONLY. If rules are not abided by you will be asked to leave so as to not spoil it for the rest of the customers. Our neighbor is being very kind so lets not blow it! Please do not block one another in.

We do have an assortment of Erotica Art that may be offensive to some, they are the last photos, so please pass over those pictures. Some are very tasteful, some just funny. 

The picture of this Computer Desk with Bookcases didn't allow enough room for measurements in the picture so it measures 62" wide x 73" long x 25" deep. The one section on the right with 2 drawers below bookcase on top is 27" wide x 25" deep

Saturday we will start discounting 50% when we open at 8am.

Saturday we will close for 1/2 hour at 12:30 and re-open at 1:00 pm for 75% of whatever is left over!!!
