This week’s sale is in a lovely home, in Lake Jackson. Please park courteously,
don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, or, the street. If you impede traffic, in any
way, the local constabulary could issue citations. Be nice.
The sale will be held at 211 Narcissus, in Lake Jackson. Friday and Saturday,
April 27-28, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Narcissus is off Jasmine,
and also crosses Sycamore. The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00,
Friday morning, and we’ll start calling the first names in, around 8:45.
This is a two story home, if you’re not a great, or accomplished stair
climber, don’t go upstairs, please. We’ll have photos downstairs,
of the items of furniture upstairs.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules, for
moving your large or heavy purchases. Please make arrangements to
have your purchases moved. Large or bulky items will be sporting
two-part tags. If you’d like to purchase an item, take THE BOTTOM HALF
of the tag, and give it to the cashier when you check out. If you
change your mind, please find an EL worker, and give the tag to them,
so they can put it back on the item.
At the homeowner’s request, there will be no children allowed in the sale area.
We do charge sales tax, we’re a business. Unlike a garage sale, we actually
pay revenue to the State, County, and City, thereby helping support the
system we all benefit from. OK, that’s my soap box moment for the day….
