5. There is a 10% Buyers premium for Cash and 15% for CC this auction
6. No Sales Tax
7. We are not responsible for any accidents, falls or injuries on the property.
8. All items are sold AS-IS where is and with no Warranties
9. All items are available for your inspection prior and during the auction
10. All Sales are final
11. Handline's Auctions auctioneer and staff may bid on items in the auction
12. Once an item is sold, the item becomes the property and responsibility of the winning bidder. The Auction Firm does not assume any responsibility for missing or damaged items or lots following the sale of an item.
13. No items may be removed from the premise until paid in full
14. If there are any disputes, of any kind for any reason, the auctioneer calling the auction is granted the final say
15. Sold means Sold. Item will not be resold or reopened unless the auctioneer determines it is necessary
16. Absentee, telephone and/or internet bids will be accepted if the proper documents are on file prior to the sale and the Auctioneer and/or Auction Firm Personnel will be responsible for processing all bids.
17. Items purchased need to be removed the day of the auction. If items are left they will be thrown away. Should special circumstances be in play, please notify the auctioneer and/or auction house personnel prior to bidding.
18. If you are caught moving any item from one box/flat or table to another you will be asked to leave. Please leave the items where you found them.
19. If you are caught stealing any item from our seller you will be detained for the police and will be removed from the location and prosecuted to extend of the law.

Handline's Auctions will be having an Absolute Auction in Mentor Auction Preview will start at 12pm Auction will start at 1pm We may also run 2 Rings. So please be prepared. The auction will contain items from the personal property of the owner. The owner has some really nice collectibles, household items, taxidermy items, vintage furniture and so much more. Vintage Lamps,Great pieces of Furniture, Lots of Clothing and shoes men & womens, Games, books, Bratz Beer figures/advertisements, railroad train, Oreintal items/style, Tools, misc items in the garage, vintage secretary desk, cuckoo clock, linen, Artwork, Teddy Ruxpin, Mantel Clock and more to come. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some of the items that we have found while prepping this auction. More to come check back often. Pictures to follow as well.. A stag handle Ka-Bar "Dog Head Shield" double folding blade knife. The knife is a VIII/78 made between 1923-1952 and is highly collectible. Westclox pocket watch did NOT work it is a model 90001 from the 1950s. can be used for parts Lexington pocket watch was working. This is made with a Brevet model #227383 Swiss movement and was also made in the 1950s. "U.S.C.E." compass is an official United States Army Corp of Engineers compass made by the Taylor company. The compass is model #2917 - called the Ceebynite model - and was exclusively made for the U.S. Army in the 1930s leading up to the Second World War. Brass Primer pen / gun powder dispenser pen Grape leaf design necklace marked F.N. Co. is made by Fishel Nessler. The company existed from 1885 to 1937 and this necklace was made in the 1920s and features a natural Chrysoprase on the clasp. Little perfume bottle in the mini satchel is pretty rare and expensive. It is Marquay of Paris "Prince Douka" from the early 1950s. Bulova tourneau-style wristwatch is a 1950s caliber 10AN mechanical wristwatch, serial #240204 with 15 jewels and 4 adjustments. It is white base metal and does NOT work. Great for parts Bulova Excellency 49 wristwatch was made in 1949. It is a caliber 7AK mechanical movement, serial #1028482 with 21 jewels and 4 adjustments. The watch worked well and is pretty collectible. Technos alarm wristwatch is from the 1960s and a mechanical Swiss Incabloc movement with alarm function, serial #4165016. I could not find a lot about the watch but it is very collectible. Smoking stick is a "Cigarette Holder" and composed of black bakelite and a .935 silver holder. Opera glasses are 1910s-1920s and made by Colmont of Paris with the original case. COINS 1873 Liberty 2 1/2 dollar coin. 1906-D Liberty 5 dollar coin. This coin is "Variety 2" and has the motto above the eagle on the reverse.
