Please note, due to valuable items offered, security will be onsite during sale and valuable items removed from premises during non sale hours. Staff will carry all jewelry, sterling, fine china and crystal to the cashier for you.
Please bring help to load large items.
We appreciate pickups after 3:00 PM first two days of sale , and after 2:00 on Sunday. Not responsible for accidents, always watch your step and take care.
We provide sold tags at the front and available from staffers for the each of the morning opening "rushes" for your convenience. Please write your name clearly on the sold tags, tag your desired item and leave it in place, a runner will take to cashier's holding tables for you. All valuable smalls and jewelry will be bagged and taken to the cashier holding for you by our staff. If books are priced on the outside, they are priced in pencil just inside cover to preserve the book.
No discounts first day, everything is priced to move quickly. You are welcome and encouraged to leave a bid the first day on items you are interested in. Bid boxes and bid sheets are available several places in the home for your convenience. Saturday and Sunday are our fun discount days where all is negotiable.
Security is in place in the home and by our staff, theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Tag large furniture and items with a sold tag and your name. We will deliver the info to the cashier, just check to make sure all your items are there when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces from home.

Mark your calendars for this one, it features quality, scarcity and uniqueness in antiques, collectibles, superb and charming copper and iron garden art, yard and garden, an overwhelming quilting personal shop of material, equipment and supplies, a fully stocked woodworking shop, vintage and regular household contents.  All of which was meticulously chosen and meticulously kept care of.  All of which we have price very realistically to go in 3 days, an overwhelming collection so plan to stay awhile!

This is a living estate, proceeds to go to the ongoing care of a special Eugene family that made a difference in preserving and caring for all manner of life and family.  The range of items are so far ranging and diverse there is literally something for everyone!  Again, all so meticulously kept and cared for.   

Due to the lifetime huge accumulation of items we are doing a 3-day sale, the first day starting at 12 noon so people can come on their lunch hours to tag items they want.  We know it is the Memorial Day weekend so you can tag your items, give your phone, id to the cashier and we will collect your items to come back later and pay for and pick up. 

We are so pleased to present this home contents and collections to you, the public. Hours are Friday May 25th 12 noon to 5 PM and Saturday and Sunday May 26th and 27th from 11 AM to 4 PM.  We will stay open as long as you are there as we know this is Memorial Day weekend. It truly is an event with a lifetime of quality, unique, and lovingly cared for items.

We accept all credit cards, good checks with id, and cash.

Special notes, there are some amazing books there.  If not priced with removable labels they are PRICED IN PENCIL on the inside front page so as not to damage the book or paper.

1930s-1940s metal and porcelain Kist Soda 55", Squirt, Railroad Express 1920s porcelain sign, and Camel rare signs.  A fully equipped woodworking shop, an amazing and overwhelmingly stocked for decades carefully cataloged quilters shop including looms, frames, quilt tops, an abundance of materials, pattern magazines, books and supplies.  A his and hers building stuffed full!
