 Super sale this week !!  The home is absolutely gorgeous, and filled with great items. The address is 571 Jimmy Phillips Blvd.,(Highway 35), Angleton/Bailey’s Prairie. Gps should pick it up either way. Traveling West from Angleton, pass La Quinta, pass County Rd. 28, pass Pecan Estates Rd, just as you cross the first small bridge. When you cross the second small bridge,(Oyster Creek), get in the left lane, to make a u-turn. The driveway will be on the right, just before the creek bridge.(There’s a real estate sign in front of the property)  PLEASE BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL !!!!  The traffic is awful !!  The construction on the bridge makes a bottle-neck, right at the driveway. (We’re hoping they’ll open an extra lane up before the sale) When you turn in, DO NOT STOP IN THE DRIVEWAY, follow the signs. The owner has allowed us to open up one of the pasture gates, for parking. Please, please, don’t try to park alongside of the driveway, there are sprinkler heads there. Plus, the landscaping is beautiful, let’s leave it that way, please.

 
The home has several levels, getting to different rooms. 
 
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m.(note that we’re open until 3:00, both days), May 25-26.  
 
 Estate Liquidators does NOT provide carriers, loaders, nor pack mules, for your large or heavy items. Please make arrangements to have your items moved. 
 
 
The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00on Friday morning. We’ll begin calling the first names in around 8:45.
 
THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!!
 
Large/bulky items will have two-part tags. Please take the bottom half of the tag, if you wish to purchase an item. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker, and give the tag to them, so they can give someone else an opportunity to purchase it.
 
No large purses, bags, backpacks, or carriers, will be allowed in the sale areas. If you bring them in, they're subject to search. 
 
We accept cash, approved Brazoria County checks, and credit cards.
