We do NOT hold merchandise before the sale...even with a credit card. Not responsible for any accidents. You enter at our own risk. You must bring help to load furniture & appliances...we do NOT have help to load. Bob Burg is our local mover, his telephone number is posted at every sale. ALL Furniture purchased must be removed by 2:00 pm SATURDAY! Please be quite in early morning hours as this is a Residential neighborhood. Do NOT block neighbors driveways. Courtesy to fellow shoppers at all times.

This is a Sweet & Lovely Estate Sale loaded with Higher End Home Decor and Beautiful Things for you & your home. The house is very large and is packed with wonderful merchandise! It will be a fun sale! See photos for a closer look of what you'll find! We have room for about 15-20 cars up top of the property. The 1st 15-20 cars will be parked and then you will park down on Los Alisos and walk up. Welcome to drive up after you make your purchases to load your items as we have a loading zone.
For those of you who experienced a problem with your Chase or B of A Credit Card last Estate Sale where your card was declined and you have to answer "YES I'm using my card" via email or text that you were using your credit card to make a purchase, you might want to call your bank & let them know you will be using it if you come to our sale. It is great that its a fraud prevention measure & good for you, but it also holds up the cashier line waiting to respond and run the card a second time! Just let them know you will be using your credit card. Bring your cell phone with you in case you have a problem. |
