10% buyers premium will be charged.

We will accept Cash, local check , Visa , Master Card, or Discover. Purchases should be paid or made arrangements within 24 hours.

PICK UP ORDERS - cash, local Check, money order may be paid upon pickup, arrangements should be made within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction.

SHIPPED ORDERS - Orders to be shipped can be paid with Visa, Mastercard or Discover with 3.5% additional charge. Orders may also be paid with money transfer for a fee of $15.00. Shipping is not availble for all items, please see item description of items that will not ship. USPS will be the primary shipping. Shipping for items costs are $7.00 for the first lot and 5.00 for addtional lot. No goods shipped until settled for.

All goods sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranties. Sales force acting as sales agents only and assume no guarantees or liabilities and are not responsible for accidents or goods after sold. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. If he is unsure he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for the items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of the client the seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. Announcements made at sale take precedence over printed matter.
