On Site Auction buyer's premium for home contents will be 20% for Bid, Buy, Pay and Take Away the same day. Entire bill must be paid the day of auction for 20% Buyer's Premium!

If we have to hold items, wait for checks to clear, wait for additional payments, or incur additional time and costs including returning to estate for pick up of items, then the buyer's premium will be 25%. For anyone wishing to check out prior to the end of auction, the Buyer's Premium will be 25%. If there are items in your won lot that you do not wish to take with you, please see Tim Chapulis, Auctioneer to discuss.

The auction will be held in a walk around fashion. Bidding will be from area to area, following the auctioneer, Tim Chapulis. This is a very efficient manner that benefits both buyers and sellers, with average estate contents auction taking under 3 hours to complete from start to finish. Check out time for all winning bidders will begin at the completion of the auction.

Terms of Auction: $100.00 Cash deposit for registration and bidder number, refundable upon return of bidder number or credited towards your purchase. Tim’s Inc. reserves the right to hold items until checks clear our bank. $50 charge for any returned checks. NO charge cards. Please be considerate when parking. Do not block cars, mailboxes or driveways and make sure your tires aren’t parked on the lawn. Park on one side of the road only. Please bring your own boxes and packaging materials. Please leave large purses, bags, and backpacks in your vehicle.
