This wonderful Estate is located in the Marna Ridge Subdivision, off Fremont and Kelly Lane in southern Dubuque. The Owner is downsizing and moving, and has given us permission to sell his extra furniture prior to the move.
We will not be having a traditional Estate Sale at the house, instead we are selling the items by appointment only. Everything must go by the middle of June.

A large majority of the furniture was purchased at the Floor Show in Dubuque, and is very good quality. We will show the furniture's manufacturer's name whenever we were able to locate it.
This is a large home and there is a large amount of furniture that will be priced to sell.
