Entrance to the sale is first come first served based on ticket distribution by our company only. Ticket distribution begins ONE HOUR before the sale begins. If multiple people are at the door before the ticket distribution time begins a PHYSICAL LINE of people will determine the ticket distribution order. Please remember to be kind and courteous as we all look forward to this and every estate sale!
We will let customers in in ticket number order ONLY. We are not honoring any lists made and can not be held responsible for the sale entrance order based on any list. You must be present with your ticket number when they are called. Thank you for your understanding as we try to keep sales fair and orderly. 
Tickets go out for the FRIDAY SALE at 1:00pm and doors open at 2:00pm.
Tickets go out for the SATURDAY SALE at 8:00am and doors open at 9:00am.

Tickets will be given out one hour before sale begins. We do not honor lists made by customers.

Please bring help if you are purchasing large items. We do not supply porters. Bathrooms are not open to the public.
