1. This is an internet only auction. All bidding is online. The bidding for this auction will close on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 7:00pm. Each date will close approximately every 20 seconds starting with July 7 date. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for two minutes after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the items scheduled to close without refreshing the page.

2. Payment (Donation to Petra Peacebuilders) required by June 13, 2018 and is non-refundable for weather cancellations.

3. For safety reasons, no alcohol permitted if any guests are children.

4. One member of the party will sign a waiver assuming all responsibility for disseminating
conditions of use among the group as well as accepting liability for safety and damage.

5. No children in the pool without safety vests (provided by guests) unless they can swim.

6. Adults must be on guard at the pool at all times.

7. Typical pool rules will be posted.

8. No loud music.

9. Clean up all trash, the place is to be left as you found it.

10. Hours of use are 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property.

12. Children may not play at the road or creek unsupervised.

13. Stay on walking paths. There is poison ivy in the woods.

14. Owner reserves the right to require guests to leave if conditions are not met.

15. H.K. Keller reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.

Located along the Pequea Creek in West Lampeter Township, the roads leading to the property provide scenic views that include 2 covered bridges and an old mill. The property can accommodate 50 people, more if carpooling is utilized. Come for a day, afternoon, or evening. Great for relaxing with friends, birthday parties, a ladies day trip, a family reunion, or a small business picnic. What is Petra Peacebuilders? Petra Peacebuilders in a non-profit organization that provides coaching and training for humanitarians and peacebuilders serving in difficult places. Field work takes a heavy toll and Petra Peacebuilders exists to help the helpers build personal and professional resilience tools. Why am I doing this? (A personal note from Mary) I'm completing my masters in Emergency Management from Millersville University in 2018. Increased awareness of the enormity of need for the hurting people of the world can at times be mobilizing and at other times paralyzing. I'm appreciative of the multiplying effect that Petra Peacebuilders has when they help the helpers. I find that inspiring. I will be volunteering with the organization for 5 weeks in 2018, providing expertise in business structure and sustainable growth. Every business needs capital, so I'm doing my part to raise some. Every dollar will go to the organization. I am covering my own expenses when volunteering. My aim is to leverage my home property to be a blessing.
