Cash and all forms of credit/debit cards accepted. Entry into premises when sale opens is on a first come (according to your place in line), first in basis. We do not pass out numbers and we will not honor any customer self-started list posed on the premises. All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns or refunds after purchase, so please examine merchandise carefully prior to checkout. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc. Bring assistance to help move/load large items. A more detailed "Terms and Conditions" is posted at entrance to sale. Please review it. We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions. You enter premises on your own free will and accord and therefore we are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at premises. Please abide by signage posted at premise.

This is a ONE day only sale. Different from how we normally conduct our sales. However, the realtor needs this house emptied ASAP so the house can go on the market without further delay.
