*The exact Sale Address will be released the Day before the sale begins, to be fair to all customers no pre-sales or previews are allowed. Entrance to the sale at the start will be limited only if needed, buyers will be let in in the order of the line up. Shop the beginning of the sale for the best selection. We will begin taking “over the phone sales” following the close of the first day of the sale for those that can not make it out to the sale in person. Please bring boxes and wrapping paper for your purchases and bring help with you to carry out the items you purchase. We accept cash and credit/Debit cards (credit/debit transactions will include a 5% charge to cover the cost of processing the transaction). No sales tax is charged as this is a single owner/seller estate sale.
