Welcome to our Rochester Hills Online Auction! Auction ends Monday, June 25th. The pick-up for this auction will be in Rochester Hills, MI (near Walton Blvd and Canterbury Trail; address will be provided to winning bidders on their invoice) by Wednesday, June 27th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please ONLY bid if you are able to attend the pick-up or if you have made arrangements with us to have your items shipped. Shipping on small items only. Contact us BEFORE BIDDING to make sure item(s) can be shipped. We ARE NOT responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. If there is a shipping issue you can make a claim to the USPS or to the shipping provider used to ship the package(s). A minimum handling of $15 plus packing, shipping, and insurance will apply for shipping (items weighing over 10lbs will have a greater handling fee; call for details before bidding). If you bid, you MUST be available to pick up your purchases on the scheduled pick up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements.

 

 

 

No loading assistance is available - please bring help, equipment and tools for large items!

 

 

 

Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you before paying, so that we can group multiple wins on one invoice. Invoices will be sent out once the sale has completely closed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Payments must be made via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, just a credit or debit card. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the auction's close, your items may be resold or donated, your bidding privileges will be revoked, and you will be reported. Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Priority Mail. After your sale invoice is paid, you'll receive a separate PayPal invoice for shipping. Depending on size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.  If you need shipping, please send an email to dbourdeau@caringtransitions.com .
