Adam Marshall Auctioneers will contact you about your purchase. Cash, Good company or personal check accepted. Must be sent in the mail no later than the day after the auction. Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $35. Credit card accepted under $500 with 3% fee extra. All items must be paid for in full by December 10th at 5:00 PM Central Time. All items need removed from auction site by December 11th. If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be applied to all taxable items unless a form 13 is filled out or on file with the auction company. Online bidders have 10% buyers premium capped at $250 added to their lot purchased. No buyers premium onsite. Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee. All items are sold in as-is condition. No warranties express or implied. No refunds. All sales final.
