Because this is an "appointment only" sale, some items may not be available at your appointment time. Everything is subject to prior sale. Those of you who frequently attend my sales understand this. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you commit to an appointment time, please attend or cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time so somebody else can take your place. If you do not or simply do not show, you will no longer be able to make appointments for upcoming sales and Studio 54 will no longer recognize you at the door! :)

One of the most beautiful, tasteful, elegant ocean front estates we have ever handled. The house was decorated with only the finest furniture, furnishings and accessories. Maitland Smith, Marge Carson, Drexel, Baker, Century and  Frette Linens....to name a few. The home is also decorated with fine art, Laguna Beach art, lamps, lighting; A full gym, outdoor patio furniture, a high end kitchen, and a view of the water fit for a king and a queen.  

What an opportunity to furnish and beautify your home! All designer quality at excellent prices!!!

There are small items, medium items and large items and very large items...so, something for everyone!

We will begin staging and organizing  this week...and follow shortly thereafter with our first appointments over the next two weeks beginning on or around June 25.

We worked diligently today and would like to provide more details about the treasures we have for sale. 

As you enter the home, the formal entry boasts a gorgeous entry table flanked by French ceramic jardinieres, and beautifully tufted ottomans with fringe trim. Large entry mirror and paintings of Venice and Piazza San Marco (St. Marks Square.) You will love the pair of whimsical oversized blackamoors lamps! 

The living room has a beautiful stone top entry table, an Italian style painted cabinet, a collection of contemporary artglass and ceramics as well as custom pillows in various styles (silk, needlepoint, tufted, tapestry all in rich beautiful colors.)

You will delight in the gourmet kitchen....All-Clad, Henckels, Williams Sonoma, many types of china, including Italian inspired, shell motif and those with holiday accents. Serving items, platters, small appliances, linens, playmats too Loads of stemware, clear, etched, red, enameled, vintage barware, Salviati single old fashioned glasses, Waterford, more. 

The dining room has a lovely Drexel Heritage dining table with matching chairs, a revival credenza (limed/pickled finish) originally purchased from Steven Thomas antiques, a black lacquer Yamaha baby grand piano, a leather and toile high back barrel chair, floral centerpiece and large crystal candle holders. 

The library is stunning...Red leather reading choirboy Hancock and Moore, distressed leather davenport by Hancock and Moore,  hand painted silk pillows by Shantalle studios,  lamps and lighting of all kinds, many books including art and coffee table books as well as political themed and autographed books. Large three volume Erte hardback books, carved coffee and side tables, candle holders, metal art, and a beautifully framed, limited edition Leroy Neiman lithograph. 

The master bedroom is the designer's  tour de force. Marge Carson quilted and carved headboard, sumptuous bedding, and flanked by gorgeous Marge Carson oval granite topped cabinets. Each cabinet has a statuesque ornate silver gilt lamp. At the foot of the bed are two beautifully upholstered Marge Carson chenille tufted side chairs. Off in the corner facing the sea is a mirrored vanity with butterflies throughout acquired from the Platt collection, an oatmeal linen chair on the side and two crystal lamps. The main chest is a bombay style by Century, has a criss cross ebonized front with nickel hardware and a high polish finish top. There are mixed media on paper "Orlandos" on either side. Orlando Botero is a well known Columbian artist who lived in Laguna in the 90s whose art is in major museums and held in private collections (including some Presidents) and throughout the world.  The master bathroom is filled with accessories and art, some shell motif, some lacquer, all elegant. 

The two additional bedrooms are filled with like new Restoration Hardware furniture, accessories, and lamps, various art, Gustav Klimt giclées, framed photographic prints of Italy and France, linens from Frette and Between the Sheets and an assortment of other decorative accessories. One of the bedrooms has a white four poster bed with mirrored white side chests. 

The bar/billiards room has a wide assortment of glassware and stemware including Waterford, Salivati, and others. We are also offering for sale a signed, limited edition lithograph by Wyland, a framed collectible guitar (see photos,) a signed limited edition lithograph of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, a solid wood carved chess board with chessmen and other accessories. A rare and unusual Warner Bros Studios Tex Welch sculpture is also available for your perusal. 

Throughout the house there are Venetian masks,  boxes of all kinds, faux topiaries and flower arrangements, magazine racks, luggage racks, side chairs including a leather side chair and desk chairs. Additionally, we have two exceptional framed silk scarves, one by Hermes (Festooned Horse and Rider) and the other by Oscar de la Renta.

We have beautiful patio furniture, including a stone top outdoor table with chairs and umbrella, a conversation suite including a couch, and two sliders, cast iron side tables, stone top iron side tables and two lounge chairs.

And if all of this were not enough, we have a full gym, complete with all top of the line equipment.
