We do not pass out numbers and we will not honor any customer self-started list posed on the premises. All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns or refunds after purchase, so please examine merchandise carefully prior to checkout. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc. Bring assistance to help move/load large items. A more detailed "Terms and Conditions" is posted at entrance to sale. Please review it. We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions. You enter premises on your own free will and accord and therefore we are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at premises. Please abide by signage posted at premise.

Our next sale takes us to a home in the Curtis Park area where our client has resided for over 50 years and whose family roots are Sacramento based. So as you can imagine, there is a lot of “stuff”, and… then there is more “stuff”. The assortment of things is wide and you’ll find both old (antique and vintage) and new. Immersed throughout the sale are pieces of this family’s history such as the 1800’s family Bible, monogram flatware, Sailor’s uniform and military pins, etc. The furniture is minimal in this sale, but there are some very nice coffee tables as well as a Duncan Phyfe style claw foot accent table. An expandable (by folding) dining table, vintage metal chairs, sofa and chairs and armoire. There are also a few very nice “fixer-up” pieces. Then there is the “stuff”. There is so much that’s varied I am not sure I can do justice to a written description. So I will be posting as many picture of the different things in the sale. Featured is a beautiful collection of pottery that includes bottles, jugs, bowls, and more.
