All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No items will be held without a deposit of 50% of the negotiated price. All items purchased must be picked up by purchaser by the end of the last sale day or they will be disposed of. You must bring help moving large items and you are responsible for the delivery of said items. No unsupervised children allowed. Please leave large purses and backpacks in your car. We will prosecute anyone involved of theft of items. Surveillance on-premises. We may have helpers for moving items at $15 per hour to two hour minimum paid in advance. The remainder due upon completion of delivery. Offers on items will be accepted, the highest offer on an item will be accepted. We do reserve the right to refuse offers on firm prices specified by the client. The first day of the sale is full price the second day is 25% off and the third day is 50% off. All prices are negotiable. Bundling bulk items get you better prices.
