FEES & PAYMENT TERMS:
4% Buyers Premium added to final bid price plus a 2% Internet Purchase Fee as well as Sales Tax. Sales Tax MAY be exempted if you have required resale or dealer certificate.

We will send an invoice to auction winners soon after the auction ends. Please reply or contact us immediately to confirm that you have received the invoice. Communication is key! We want to know that you have received your invoice and you intend to pay.
BIDDING: Bidding close times vary, please check each additional item for specific ending time information.

All items are subject to bidding extension. If there is the bidding in the last three minutes, the bidding will be extended by an additional three minutes.

Inspection: Please view each item for inspection and pickup instructions. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment. All successful purchasers are responsible for the loading, removal, package, transportation, etc. of all purchased items. Customers who have not removed property by the time of pickup forfeit any claim to the property and that forfeited property may be sold to another buyer.

By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees that they have read, fully understand and accept these Terms and Conditions of Online Sales, and agree to pay for and remove the property, if the bid is accepted, by the dates and times specified. Seller or Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from auction any of the items listed.
