and over 2 dozen bins

Top answers about the fabric.

·       The age of the fabric is unknown, buts it's not too old.

·       It has all been stored in plastic, never opened, horizontally on metal racks, never touching the ground.

·       We do not know how long it has been stored.

·       The rolls will be sold separately, not by the yard.

·       All the fabric in bins will be sold by the piece.

·       Each roll is approximately 56" inches long

Rules for Fabric Shoppers

·       All fabric will be located in backyard and garage.

·       Fabric shoppers will enter home through front door, then use backdoor to enter fabric area.

·       There is no hold table in fabric area.

·       Due to space constraints all fabric must be paid for in the backyard then placed in vehicles using the      properties side gate.

·       Rolls of fabric will not be allowed in the house.

·       Please do not unroll fabric from any roll.

·       There is no area to store/hold fabric in backyard.

·       CT is not responsible for any purchased rolls of fabric.

 

·       Once fabric in paid and placed in vehicle, shoppers can return to the home through front door.

Home decorators dream fabric sale.  

Thousands of yards of home decorating fabric including upholstery and sheers.  

Our client wasn't able to complete her decor dream therefore we are able to sell a garage full of fabric for pennies on the dollar.  Fabric includes brocades, sheers, raw silk, embroidered silk, cottons, polyester, and so much more.  This sale includes solids, prints, florals, windowpane, abstract designs and plaids in every color of the rainbow.

 

Most of the fabric is rolled on tubes, protected in plastic and consists of remnants approximately between 2-10 yards.  There are also a few dozen bins of flat fold scraps (1-3 yards, perfect for pillows) of all types of home decor fabrics.

***Each Roll and Remnant will be sold separately***

 

 

Besides fabric, the house is full of antiques, clothing, jewelry, BEADS, craft supplies

and a ton of books of all kinds.

 

The garage contains at least a dozen metal storage racks with casters.

 

We have since uncovered a mountain of kitchen everything, china,

crystal, pots/pans, glass, dishes, doll clothes, and utensils of all kinds.

 

 

Also, the garage has a couple of bins of rocks and tools.
