Before you have access to bid, you will need to show proof of funds for the required earnest money down payment. This may be accomplished by sending the proof of funds to AuctioneerDonRose@gmail.com or sending a photo on your phone to 419-351-0978, at least 24 hours prior to the auction ending time. Proof of funds consists of a copy, fax, or original of a current bank statement or brokerage statement in the bidder’s name showing enough funds for a $1,000 per property or ($14,000 for the package-Lot 15) earnest money deposit.

EARNEST MONEY REQUIREMENT: Winning online bidders must deliver earnest money via wire transfer or cashier’s check to Rose Realty Services, 241 Main St., Bowling Green, Oh 43402 in the amount of $1,000 per property that is being purchased, once you are the confirmed winner of the property. The successful online bidder will be notified the following morning after the closing of the auction and emailed the Auction Purchase Agreement and other related documents to sign and return. Balance will be paid in full at closing on or before 30 Days of the auction ending or by Monday, September 15, 2018.

NOTE: All properties are being sold in their “as is” conditions. All rents will be prorated to the day of close. Bidding online is a legal binding contract. Failure to close on the properties you have won will constitute a forfeiture of earnest money deposit,
