Delivery will be available.5. The sale starts at 9:00, am, no one will be entering/shopping prior to that. 6. All sales are final, make sure you love it before you buy it. 7. New Seasons Estate Sale LLC or the seller is not responsible for accidents. So please be careful! 8.Parking,Lots of parking available behind the house, please do not park on the road 9.
