Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged. We are pleased and honored to have been consigned by the family of this estate to offer the assets for public online auction. The items up for auction have not been removed from the property and will be sold by online auction on location. Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday September 18th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm EST. This will be the only time the items are available for viewing before the auction ends. Viewing again will be at the above address.
Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday September 20th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm EST and Friday September 21st from 10:00am until 4:00pm EST.
