As people exit, the capacity will be kept at that amount, and usually waiting time is minimal. ENTRY NUMBERS: A sign in list will be posted on the front door of the premises! Directions will be printed on the list, and we expect you will behave in a fair and dignified manner with regard to the self regulating nature of this process. If you are not present when your name is called, you will be bumped to the back of the line.

***PAYMENT for items may be made via cash or credit card. An additional 3% convenience fee will be added to credit card purchases, and proper ID is required in addition to signing a statement regarding chargebacks.

***ALL SALES FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

***BRING HELP TO LOAD ITEMS. We do not offer moving services for large items. We do, however, have a company we can refer you to - ask us for their card! All items must be removed by 4pm Sunday, unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to purchase.

***BE RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS, USE COMMON SENSE. ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL. Principal Estate Sales, nor the homeowner, is not liable for any falls, injuries, and/or accidents incurred on premises.

***OFFER BOX: Take note of our offer box, which will be stationed near the entrance/exit. You may leave an offer on any item. PLEASE NOTE: An offer is a legally binding contract.

***HOLDING STATION: If you start a pile, you are required to purchase EVERY item in it. Your pile is ALL OR NOTHING. It is unfair to other customers, and our clients, if you pull an item from the sale, only to put it back - we have then missed multiple opportunities to sell it.

***PARKING: Please park legally and respectfully at all times. ROADSIDE PARKING ONLY, please do not park in driveway as that is reserved for people moving and picking up large items. We’re back!  After a brief vacation, we’re happy to be back in our home state and back to work.  Our clients have decided that they want to live in a permanent state of vacation, however, and decided to relocate to somewhere with ocean views and year long warm weather.  The costly venture of moving furniture added to the temptation of having new things in a new home is the perfect recipe for a huge estate sale! This spacious 3 bedroom house has a furnished basement, a huge Florida room over the garage, and a spacious covered patio that leads to the shed in the fenced in backyard.  Before you ask - yes, the home is for sale - if you’re interested, we’d be happy to point you in the right direction.



Here’s the details:  Saturday, September 22:  9am - 4pm; Sunday, September 23:  10am - 4pm. SIGN IN LIST WILL BE POSTED AT 8AM SHARP ON SATURDAY.  The full address will update on all advertisements on Friday, September 21.

 

Now for the good stuff.  There’s plenty for everyone!  They really didn’t take much with them, so expect to see bedroom sets (one cherry, one laquer), a very nice, classy wooden office suite, an antique, beautiful round claw foot dining table, linens and bedding, a very soft black leather sofa, magnificent marble top coffee table, marble top end table, several other side tables, lamps, household decor, small kitchen appliances galore, doll collections (NICE doll collections), bear collections, loads of clothing, a stair lift, antique mantle clocks, an antique gateleg table (limited on space??  These tables are PERFECT!), antique rocking chairs, several flat screen HDTVs, antique kitchen cabinets and hutches, a very large Queen Anne style curio cabinet, area rugs, fans, heaters, antique glass and crystal, an oversized leather recliner, Lifetime folding tables, storage cabinets, and so much more! That’s just the house!

 

In the garage, there is a large assortment of quality tools and the like!  These people really believed in quality, so nearly everything you find here will be the best of the best.  There’s scaffolding, lawn equipment, power tools, hand tools, tool boxes, coolers, tool belts, a mini-fridge, a upright Frigidaire freezer, medical equipment, ropes, industrial tie downs (the kind that semi-trucks use), leatherworking tools and supplies, yard tools, and SO MUCH MORE!
