You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Balboa Island Estate Sale Final Day
Saturday Sept 22 9 am to 12 noon 60 % off most items or deeply discounted We have decided to extend our wonderful Balboa Island Estate Sale one more day and are now offering 60% off or deeply discounted prices on most items...still a terrific selection left in all categories. If you attended last week, you may remember this estate was from a wonderful long time customer and friend who collected antiques and other beautiful things. Paintings, including an original oil by W Meyerheim, antique bookcase, antique camphor lined campaign trunk, Spinet desk, claw foot table, antique bookcase, Mahogany cabinet, round dining table with windsor chairs, beautifully upholstered furniture including a Toile side chair, an upholstered chair and ottoman, couch and love seat, and a French blue upholstered love seat. There is also a complete bedroom set, a vintage wrought iron bistro set, various antique mirrors, cherry oval side table, vintage linens, loads of books, glassware, dishes, kitchen and a garage full of useful items. The pictures only tell part of the story, there is still quite a bit of merchandise left not shown in pictures! Come visit us between 9-12 on Saturday September 22 (list will be put out at 8 am for entry at 9 am and no prior list will be honored.) The heirs say "sell it" and so we have extended one more day...60% off or deeply discounted...now is the time to pick up that item you had your eye on for a price you cannot resist. |
