1. PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard ONLY. On FRIDAY morning, after the auction has closed, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases.
2. BIDDING ERRORS: Be aware that many bidders increase their own bid in error. If that happens immediately contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or NEW EMAIL: shumateauctions6@gmail.com. If you bid on the wrong item we will NOT reverse the bid. Be advised to review your bid choices before completing the action.
3. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. If an item has active bidding when it comes up to close, that item will be skipped until there is no bidding for 3 minutes, then it will close.10 am to 5 pm EST Fri & Sat, Tues-Thurs at Shumate Auctions, 606 Falmouth St, Warrenton, VA. 5. PICKUP ITEMS: Friday/Saturday, OCTOBER 5 & 6, 2018 from 9 am to 4pm EST . NO loading assistance or boxes/paper will be provided. Items can be scheduled to be shipped to Buyer thru the UPS store 540-349-8333 located at 332 Lee Highway, Warrenton 20186. Shumate Auctions WILL NOT SHIP. Items not picked up in 10 days after the close of the auction, will be property of Shumate Auctions.
6. SALES TAX: Virginia State Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, you must email (shumateauctions6@gmail.com) or fax(540-359-6030) a copy of your ST-10 form PRIOR to auction closing. You can obtain a VA form online at www.tax.virginia.gov. State Tax will be applied if your signed tax exempt form is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number.
7. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%.
8. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by 9AM on Friday after the auction closes, pickup day. If you do not receive a receipt contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or shumateauction@aol.com.
9. SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer direct to the UPS Store, or other arrangments made by buyer. Shumate Auctions WILL NOT SHIP.
10. FAILURE TO PICK UP: Those items not picked up within 5 days of the auction closing date, will be forfeited and become property of Shumate Auctions.
