Pick Up for large items arrange with staff for times convenient to you after estate hours and on Monday. *Due to open space with balconies between floors, multiple steps between floors and outside, ALL people entering premises agree to hold estate and Cummings & Associates harmless from any falls or accidents occurring to you and any minors accompanying you. This magnificent home is not child friendly! Keep children by your side at all times. *Pickup of furnishings and large pieces to be arranged with us as there is very limited parking at the premises.
