They spent years collecting art pieces from galleries on the strip, such as Regis, Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art, and others. Most of their home decor and every day posessions shows tags and receipt from Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom's, Tiffanys & Co., Saks Fifth Avenue, Fashion Show Mall, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma or was custom ordered abroad. They loved living in Boulder City, and truly enjoyed the luxury side of Las Vegas metropolity, which shows as soon as you enter the house. 

Every room within this gorgeous estate will have a different theme. You may expect to find a lot of Asian antiques, original art pieces, Chinese and Japanese 1950's house wares, stereo equipment from Japan. There's some mid century furniture pieces from Korea, Japan, China. They loved dragons, Fue Dog, cloisonne, ming style and satsuma decorated items, and there's hundreds of pieces to choose from. Right off the kitchen you can relax in the Gone with the Wind Room, with walls decorated in collectible plates, music boxes, collection of figurines, clocks from around the world, as well as original Crowley vinyl player (one of many), listening to one of the 45's (200-300 33 1/2 rpm, 78' and 45 rpm lps to choose from). 

We will have a shoe/fashion room, with hundreds of shoes in boxes: Salvatore Ferragamo, Stuart Weizman, Coach, Ecco among numerous brands. A control climate closet holds 10-20 different furs, as well as leather jackets, coats, Tony Lama cowboy shoes, Coach handbags, Burberry scarfs, umbrellas, Christian Dior sweaters, tracksuits, Ralph Lauren sheets, tablecloths, etc. 

The downstairs will surprise you with handpainted, created by the artist wall murals, which is our Southwest theme part of the house. That room has a very delicate collection of Kachina dolls, also large Native American handmade dolls, enormous original Blue Marlin taxidermy model, Black Bear fur and skin wall throw, karaoke machine, numerous pieces of stereo equipment, handmade Native American blankets, rugs, baskets, cowhide and unfinished wood art, Jemez pottery, lifesize wood bear carving and so much more.

The garage has tables full of tools, saws, drills, hand tools, Christmas decorations, but also presents a collection of original plane and ship models, such as a replica of PT-109, and original vintage framed aluminum propeller, Craftsman tool chest, Makita electric drills, air compressors, generator among others. 

The patio has multiple outdoor wrought iron sets, some come with like new cushions. There is also a concrete round table with tile decorated benches from Cement Barn, beautiful planters and stone carved decor (pagodas, figures, stands and fountains) by Al's Garden Art Inc, numerous Japanese satsuma decorated oversized planters, and Southwest theme planters and pots.

The additional closed out porch will present a huge collection of different size, some custom made carousels, carousel horse replicas, USA and LGB trains with and without boxes, as well as Japanese made United vintage locomotive with cars. Custom made bamboo tiki bar with swivel chairs reminiscent of 1950's may surprise you, no less than very artistic middle eastern sculpted leg glass coffee table, and Carl Romanelli 1951 NAS original signed figure. There will be couple tables of Waterford, Design Guild, Rogaska and Neiman Marcus anniversary crystals in different shapes or form. Like any other playroom - this one does have an original coin Double Diamond slot machine, in working condition.
