Auction will be held at the Ashland Soil and Water Pavillion, 1763 State Route 60, Ashland OH 44805.

The 68 +/- acres will be offered in 3 individual parcels only.

Parcel 1 is 27 +/- acres of tillable ground located on State Route 60 across from the Ashland County offices.  This parcel is extremely desirable for both tillable land but also suitable for building lots with over 1,900’ of road frontage.

Parcel 2 is 38 +/- acres and is located northeast of State Route 60 and County Road 1754.  This parcel is mostly tillable. 

Parcel 3 is 2.628 acres of mostly wooded acreage located on Co. Rd. 1754.

Both parcels 2&3 are land locked and must be purchased by an adjoining land owner or the purchaser must have an ingress/egress easement from an adjoining land owner or access and it will be offered at Public Auction. 

Taxes/Legal: Parcel #’s – New legal Descriptions will be given to each parcel before closing.  Taxes will be determined after Auction. These parcels are in Vermillion Township, Ashland County & Hillsdale School District.

Terms: Successful Bidders will be required a 10% NON-refundable down payment at the conclusion of the Auction with the balance at closing. A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the Purchase Price. All desired inspections and financing arrangements need to be completed prior to bidding.
