Be prepared to feel as if you've walked into an antique shop! This home is packed full of antiques, collectibles and memories. AND, this is just the first of 3 sales!

Amazing collectors sale is sure to delight the pickiest eyes. We've tagged, organized and priced these lovelies and are excited to share this event with  you. This is not a total-liquidation sale and we will place reserves on some items. Discounts will begin day two.

NOTE: This is a VERY full sale on the lower level of the home only. Space is very limited and we will only allow 10-12 in at a time. NO BAGS of any kind, or heavy coats allowed inside due to space. Security will ask you to not bring them in, so please be prepared and patient.

Our client has offered a special viewing the evening before, to her neighbors as a good faith effort. There may be some items shown or listed that will no longer be part of the sale. Feel free to email me if you are coming for a particular item for verification it is still in the sale.

Address will be released the day before the sale.

As there are thousands if items, I do not have time to answer pricing questions. Thank you.

NOTE: So there are no surprises, we have a few rules we have arranged with our clients. These are for the protection of our client and our business.

 No children allowed under the age of 16 (We love all ages, however the risk of injury is great when children attend).

SECURITY always at our sales.

Do not block other driveways and mail boxes.

No outside bags or purses allowed in.

Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own Hercules. (While we do try and help load at times, please do not count on it as we do not always have the young backs to help us!)

Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.

We always have the right to  limit the number of people in to 25 or less at a time. Thank you for understanding.

No Mean people allowed.  

Not that anyone one would, but stealing or changing tags will result in punishment.

> 8.25% sales tax assessed unless you provide your tax exempt information. Please bring your tax exempt forms/resell forms with you. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RESELL FORMS.
