All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied unless we say an item is tested and working, then you have our word and a 48 hr guarantee (gives you time to get it home and plug it in). On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is YOUR responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking.
We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637). Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment should be paid within 24 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We now take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone. New Pick Up Terms: We will be open Friday and Saturday following the auction and Monday through Wednesday at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. We are closed Sunday. If not picked up by Wednesday the item becomes our property to donate or resale. Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items. If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. We still only charge what we're being charged and don't charge for handling. |

Started Saturday, October 13th at 7AM and ends Thursday, Oct 18th at 6:30PM. 1 Very Large Porcelain Insulator For Garden Art The first 30 lots are all from the backyard of one estate. She loved her lawn/garden art and to say her art was her garden is not an understatement. This item is huge and heavy and definitely makes a major statement. 2 Concrete Landscape Planter or Fountain Bowl Has outlet on bottom for draining or maybe putting fountain tubing in. Roller is not included, this puppy is heavy and we were tired of moving it around. 4 Metal Squirrel Feeder on Glass Pedestal Two different pieces that can go together or separately. The metal squirrel can also be hung in a tree for bird feeder. The glass pedestal is a plate upside down on a glass column that looks real cool. Can be used by itself or as a plant stand. 5 Metal Dog Plant Holder Garden Art The dog is in good shape, the planter is just a plastic one that was in it when we received it and kept to show how it works. 6 Garden Art Raccoon Butterflies The raccoon can hang from his tail on a planter. Haven't tested solar light in one butterfly. Sorry, blue roller plant stand is not included. 7 Assorted Garden Art Flowers & Reeds If you haven't guessed by now, this estate came with a large yard and garden art package. She had enough art in her little back yard to fill a small park. All in very good to minimum decent condition but no testing on the solar lights. 8 Stained Glass Yard Garden Art Stakes Hangers Many of these were custom made by the estate. She was a very good artist in many avenues, from oil painting to rubber stamps. 11 9 Glass Globe Garden Art Stakes Stained Crackled Solar lights not tested but all the glass and rods are in good shape. 14 Misc Garden Yard & Fence Art Pottery Metal Glass Some hand made items from the estate as well as hanging items, stained glass and more. 20 Hummingbird Feeder Mushrooms Gnome Bench Yes, the wrought iron stand comes with it. Who thunk it? 33 Old Cast Iron Metal Bed Frame Used as Garden Art Or it might be saved and refinished as a bed frame; think outside the box! 34 3 Nice Butterfly Wind Chimes Spinners Sorry, you don't get the Pepsi can, it's just there to show size. But the butterflies are all in great shape and very pretty. 35 4 Garden Custom Art Spinners Chimes The two on the outsides were custom made by the estate and made really cool noises in the wind. The blue globe spins due to the brass colored "wings" and catches the eye. 36 Suncast Garden Cart Wheels Sitting or Kneeling Looks almost new without even dust. 37 Assorted Garden Art Plant Holders Fence Heart Nice grouping of plant hangers that only need you to screw them into your fence. Enough to wrap present for an entire town. 292 3D Grafitti Pen w Lots of Colored Plastic Wire Yep, you use it kind of like a glue gun but it used plastic that can form shapes and you can make items, just like a 3D printer but more limited. 296 2 Diecast Ford Thunderbird Cars in Boxes Sealed One 1956 Thunderbird in red and one 2000 Thunderbird in yellow. Scale is 1:24 and authorized by Ford.
