Outlined below are the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION EVENT. Auction Closing Date: Bidding continues until the last lot is finished. Lots will begin closing at a rate of 1 per minute until the last item is sold. Registration: All registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. Payment: Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cash on Pickup Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for all Credit Cards will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price. Sales Tax: No Sale Tax for this Auction High Bidder Notification: At the conclusion of the auction winning bidders will receive an email advising of the items won as well as provided with an invoice for payment. Bidders will receive an email only and are responsible for checking your email account. Removal for this auction is Sunday November 11th pickup time will be from 1pm to 3pm This is a 1 day pickup ONLY, NO OTHER ARANGEMENTS will be made. We will be there the 1 day only. All invoices will Charge all Credit Card at the end of the auction no cash will be accepted at this auction. We will also Charge all Credit cards on file of those cash buyers that do not show up or that do not call or answer our call within the last 30 mins prior to closing of the pickup time. So please let us know you are on the way or that you are not coming our time is important as yours. We try to make it painless as possible. After we charge all CC at the end of the Auction you will be sent an invoice for the items that you won. You do not have to bring it with you. We will have a copy on site for you. If you are out of state and need to make arrangement to pickup please contact us prior to bidding. These Terms and Condition are binding and will not be changed without prior discussion. Non Payment: If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be sent to any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of. Shipping: Due to the size of most of these items you will have to make arrangement with us PRIOR to bidding on any item. Most will have to be shipped by frieght or moving company. Again please let us know prior to bidding if you are thinking about having anything shipped. Staggered Closing: The online auction moves fast and closes 1 items every minute. The automatic system will close the bidding on intervals. Dynamic Closing. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the asset's closing time. BUYER BEWARE: By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that s/he has entered into this agreement as the result of a thorough inspection, or acknowledged opportunity to inspect, of the merchandise being purchased and that all merchandise is sold in an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS-INSPECTED" condition with any and all faults. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneer and the Seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchantability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. There is a Computer desk, lighted Curio, Pivotable Mirror, Vintage Games, Handmade wall art made from costume jewelry, Many other pieces of costume jewelry in boxes, kitchenware, Twin Bed Frame with like new mattress and box spring, Yard tools, Never used Toro Power Shovel, New in the Boxes China set, Royal Albert Tea Cup Set, Other Teacup sets, Teapot collection, and much more. Check out all the lot and pictures.
For this auction will charge all Credit card at the end of the auction. We will not be accepting any cash payments. Please make sure your CC are up to date. If they do not go through we will call you to get payment on Friday. If there are any questions please let us know.
Address will be posted on the Invoice for pickup. This will be a 1 Day only pickup so please make sure you are able to be there Sunday 11th from 1pm to 3pm. All items are in the Garage. Please make sure you bring your man power to move the items.
