Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or cash only, NO CHECKS. All payment must be made in person. Payments need to be received and paid in full before the removal of any item. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.

Sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. If you are tax exempt you will be required to present your physical Sales and Tax Use Permit, driver's license, and fill out and sign the required form for the state. You can also email or fax us a copy of your permit, ID, and signed state form.

There is an 18% buyers premium.
3% discount for cash payments.

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees - all sales are final. Imperial Auctions assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listings. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Neither Imperial Auctions nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc.

All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.

Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item or items and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere, item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice.

Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of item or items is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer IMMEDIATELY following auction end. Persons attending preview or pick up assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held including but not limited to personal injury, fire or theft.

Pick up times are strictly enforced. Items must be picked up during the date and times provided, unless extenuating circumstances warrant i.e., acts of nature, etc.

We do not deliver. Any items not removed by the end of pick up time will be forfeited along with any payments made.

After the conclusion of the sale, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items.

By registering in this auction the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms.
