Auction Winners will receive an emailed invoice with the address for pick-up and must communicate with us within 18 hours after winning an auction to arrange pick-up and payment. 2.We can be reached at (864)243-8805, or email to RParkinson@CaringTransitions.Net. 3. Customers who have not paid and who have not contacted us by 9 AM on pick-up day forfeit any claim to the property. Forfeited property may be sold to another buyer. Exceptions may be allowed if the Customer has contacted C.T. via telephone (not email) before Pick-Up and/or the Customer makes arrangements for payment approved by C.T. 4. Any property not picked up by auction winners, paid or unpaid, will be considered Abandoned and subject to being resold unless buyer has made arrangements which are acceptable to CT. 5. No refund will be issued for abandoned property for which payment was made. 6. A $25.00 fee will be charged for property picked up after the conclusion of pick up day unless approved at least 24 hours before the end of the auction. 7. Property not picked up, which must be moved is subject to a $50.00 moving fee, plus $1.00 per day storage. After 7 days this property will be considered abandoned. 8. Please bring enough help to lift, carry, and load your purchases, and a vehicle with enough space to hold your items. 9. Everything is sold as is. No warranties are given or implied. All sales are final. 10. If you have questions about property being auctioned send a question, or call us before bidding. 11. You bid is a legal contract to pay for the items you win. DO NOT bid if you are not able or willing to pay. We will hold you legally responsible for damages caused by failing to pay for an auction, or fraudulent bidding. 12. Property Descriptions: Despite best efforts to accurately describe property, it is likely that the buyer and seller may have a difference of opinion on the condition of property. Buyer is responsible for reviewing photos, research, and asking questions before bidding. All items are sold as is. In the case of obvious faults (chips, cracks, significant damage, etc) we do our best to list the fault within the description, but we will not list every flaw and flaws are to be expected. We will provide descriptions based on our assessment of an item. Don't assume our assessment will be the same as yours. Most of the items we sell are used, antique, or vintage. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. 13. We are always busy and apologize in advance if an email sent within the last 24 hours of an auction is not replied to before the auction ends. Calling is a more direct and sure means of contacting us.
