Winter Farm Fresh* Meat Auction 3:30 pm start time! This auction will mostly consist of quality locally-raised, USDA-inspected meats Steaks, Roasts, Hamburger (loose and patties), bacon, sausage (loose and links), ham steaks, pork chops, and more. Most items are locally-raised, USDA-inspected and processed (cut/wrapped in a Maryland facility). Other items may include Fresh Baked Goods and Winter Produce (depending on availability). Food and Refreshments available. Auction will be held in one of the heated greenhouses at the Russell Brothers' Farm (same location as the Farm and Country Christmas Auction). As always, thank you for supporting our local farmers, growers and producers! Stock up on quality meats for the winter! NOTE TO OTHER LOCAL FARMERS AND PRODUCERS - We welcome (and encourge) other consignments for this auction.
