 Our December 15th, 2018 Public Auction will feature the contents of a large collection of Militaria, Masonic & Firefighter Memorabilia from Robert Mood of Quincy, MA

 

Mr Mood collected helmets, medals, badges, gear & more from US & World Militaries. 

He was also a Quincy, MA Firefighter, Mason, & lover of eclectic items. 

 

In addition to Mr. Mood's collection will be a lot of old tools and the usual suspects: antiques, coins, jewelry, books & ephemera, art and much more.

 

Partial Listing: Military:  German, Nazi, WWII Memorabilia including Helmets, belt buckles, armbands, public safety and fire fighting memorabilia, Masonic collectibles such as: Luftwaffe helmets, brass fire helmet Goetzenbruck Sapeurspompiers Sarreinsberg,  Antique Hat with plumes & Red Cross from Knights of Pythias, bronze fire hose nozzles signed P&G, collection of pins & medals from Boston area fire brigades, Quincy Fire Department, 

Misc:  Late 1800s bronze Traffrail ship's log by John Bliss & co., Davis & co anemometer in orig pouch,  International Postage Stamp Album from 1897, featuring interesting US stamps incl: Revenue stamps, Telegraph stamp, and many other turn of the 20th century stamps from China, Cuba & more, collection of antique/vintage marbles, Antique backgammon game board and pieces, US Proof & Mint Set coins incl: some silver, Masonic, Military & Firefighters challenge coins incl: from Grand Council of Massachusetts, York Lodge No.22 Kennebunk ME & more, antique sign “children under 12 this gate” gold lettering on oak, Art: antique painting on board of game Pheasants date 1876, a large collection of vintage Russian studies books and other collectible books, box full of antique/vintage marbles, collection of vintage comic books run "The Nam" vols. 1-36

Tools:  Stanley No. 45 combination plane with full cutter set, lots of good working power tools incl: Porter Cable Model 557 Plate Joiner, Craftsman router, Skil, Black & Decker, Craftsman Saws, Hand tools incl drills and large lots of drill bits, antique and other clamps, old double side saw and other vintage handsaws,
