Payment Terms: Payment of cash or check must be made at auction site (500 South Madison Street, Delta, Ohio 43515). Full payment must be made before any item will be released to buyer. A 10% buyers premium will apply to all sales. 5% convenience fee added for Credit Card purchases. Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close, payable to Kigar Auction.
We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favor.
Any asset involving a title will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity.
Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid.

After 20 Years at our 500 South Madison Street, Delta, Ohio Auction Facility, we had an opportunity to sell the property to the Village of Delta. We will remain in our office and continue to list and sell real estate and conduct on site auctions. We may open a small Online Auction Depot for online consignments in the future.
