ARTHUR L. TALK, a native Texan, died on Tuesday, May 20, 2003, at the age of 85. He was born July 1, 1917, to longtime Texas ranchers in Dewitt County, Pleas and May Talk. Mr. Talk graduated from San Jacinto High School, attended the University of Houston and served during World War II in the United States Coast Guard. Known as the "society realtor", Mr. Talk was a longtime Houston realtor; while maintaining careers in ranching and the oil and gas industry. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, the Houston Museum of Fine Arts and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. All items will be transported from the Talk ranch, outside of Goliad, Texas.
