AFTER INSPECTION OF, THE UNIT WILL BE AUCTIONED OFF TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. THE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL HAVE 24/48 HOURS TO CLEAN OUT THE UNIT AND EVERYTHING MUST BE GONE AND THE UNIT BROOM SWEEP CLEAN.
