PLEASE park out on CR 510. There are five homes on this private drive, we do NOT want the resident’s driveways blocked !!!
We’ll have one side of the driveway taped off. The sale home is the last house on the left.
There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!! No large purses, back packs, etc., will bellowed in the sale
areas, or they could be subject to search.
The three outbuildings are behind the home, it will be quite a walk to get to them. NO vehicles will be allowed in that area,
so you’ll need to have help on hand, to move large stuff. With the rain we’ve had, the ground will be soft,
hence, the no vehicles statement.
We do accept credit cards, cash, and approved checks. There is a $60.00 returned check fee, so you might think
about writing bad checks elsewhere.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules. You will need to make arrangements to have
your large or bulky items moved. We do have the number of a great moving company, if you want to go that route.
