-We accept Cash & Credit Card with purchases over $20, 5% fee will be applied.

-No early birds or presales. -You may line up at entrance. 

 -Entrance: 1 Entrance-Fenced in area in parking lot (will be marked).  Please do not enter sale area until 8 AM.  A TK representative will present at entrance.

-To enter, you must sign a liability waiver.  Please dress appropriately. You will be in a construction warehouse & yard. 

-Fenced in yard is for pick-ups only. Must have permission to enter the yard with your vehicle. 

-Parking: You may park in large parking lot.  Area will be marked. 

-No holds.

-We do not disclose pricing prior to sale.

 -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. You may remove the price tag if purchasing said item.  **We encourage the buyer to bring SOLD TAGS to reduce any confusion.  Items without a large tag must be carried.  We are happy to assist you with large items.

 -ALL SALES FINAL

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area at the pay station. If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area.
