When the highest bid is approved by the County, said bidder/buyer will pay the
remaining balance of the full purchase price plus the 10% Buyer Premium within 24 hours of notification of approval.

I understand as the bidder/buyer that I purchase the Modular Home ‘AS IS’ and will not issue a non-stop payment for any reason and further understand and agree that the following conditions apply to this purchase:
Purchaser is solely responsible, at its own expense, to secure any and all required permits necessary to move the Modular Home

Purchaser must remove the Modular Home from its current site within 45 calendar days of the auction approval date. Failure to do so, will result in the forfeiture of all hand money and all payment as well as any claim of ownership of the Modular Home
Purchaser must provide proof of vehicle and comprehensive liability insurance in an amount not less than Two million dollars and naming both the County of Westmoreland and Bill Anderson Auctioneers LLC as additional insured parties. Proof of said insurance must be submitted to and approved by both the County and Auctioneer before Purchaser may remove the Modular Home.
