All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of % charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. FINAL DAY LAST CALL IN NORTH LAGUNA!!! WE WILL CONTINUE THIS SALE ON SATURDAY WITH DISCOUNTS !!! WE WILL OPEN SATURDAY MARCH 23 AT 9 AM WITH MOST ITEMS HALF PRICE OR DEEPLY DISCOUNTED!!! WE WILL PUT OUT SIGN UP SHEET AT 8 AM WITH OUR OPENING AT 9 AM ON SATURDAY This charming North Laguna Cottage is the home of Joan Corman (still living), renowned Laguna Beach artist and is full of everything that makes Laguna wonderful.....paintings (hundreds of originals of all sizes, framed and unframed by Joan Corman and other local artists,) art supplies, eclectic furnishings, antiques, rugs, seashells. silver, china, artglass and so much more.... Some of key items for sale include: a L and J G Stickley mission style rocker (with original label,) a drafting table, large Shaker style trunk, art supplies including brushes, canvases and more. We also have Sattler ceramics, seashell creatures, seashells, a large 16 piece carp oil mosaic by Joan Corman, a large pair of framed diptych watercolors, a mask collection, pair of barstools, mirrors, lamps, lighting, an Egyptian revival cast metal chandelier with art glass shades, a small bistro set, dozens of books (some first editions,) wire sculptures, bronze sculptures, pottery, vintage glass and china, multiple china and dish sets, Waterford, Steuben, Wedgwood "Tranquility" set of china, silver plate, kitchen, costume jewelry, various electronics, some garden statues and potted plants....the cottage is packed and full of treasures. We are also selling a medium size electric pottery kiln (23 1/2" diameter 28" tall with furniture) including a rolling supply bin with ceramic tools and handmade molds. Finally, there is a stand up paddle surfboard, 2 kayak (come with extra paddle toe cartsand life vests) and a skimboard for ocean and beach enthusiasts... Come and shop with us as one of the last remaining vintage cottages in Laguna...the home of Joan Corman. The pictures show only a fraction of what is there...we have a great deal of original art that is in portfolios as well...At the time of taking these pictures, we had not yet opened all of the boxes and so we expect to uncover many more treasures for you prior to the sale.
P.S. The entrance to the sale will be off Cedar near High. High is the first street south of Boat Canyon/Pavilions. You will need to park on High or Cypress as Cedar is an alley with not parking. Thank you.
