- No early birds, previews or after-hours bargain hunters, please. - There is limited parking. Please do not block any driveways or roads. - No pets, no strollers and all children must be supervised by an adult. - Cash or credit card (3% fee to cover processing costs) only. - All items are sold "as is” “where is“ and all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances. - As Buyer, you are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from the premises. - Seller is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items. - The entrance to the property is located just around the corner, about 100 feet up the hill (south) from where your GPS will lead you. |
