Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.

Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.

Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.

All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.

Payment for this auction will be made at the office of Metal Works Salvage - 3397 Hwy 65N - Dermott, AR.

Puchase must be paid fo and removed within the upcoming week (April 30th - May 7th) during normal business hours beginning 8am Tuesday April 30th until 4pm Tuesday May 7th.

See Lynn King, Owner. Make you payment directly to Lynn and not to Orrell Auctions. Lynn will give you the title to your trailer or truck immediately if you pay cash or, when your check clears if paying with check.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. Any items that are not removed during the time allowed will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or resold.

Some only have 4 wheels instead of 8. All sell as is for cash or good check. Title is available for each trailer. Move it yourself or have it delivered to your driveway or hard surface for additional fee of $100 within 30 miles of their current location. Over 30 miles, call Lynn king for additional charges.
